And finally, I am done ~ I went to the Honda dealer today for the last of my initial test drives. I drove the CR-V, Element and Civic.
I know Hondas are solid cars and very reliable, etc, but had never driven one, so I was anxious to learn about them…
First of all, the sales guys (yes, there were two) were so young! (Ok, this proves my point that I’m getting old, huh?) They weren’t very helpful, just sort of going through the motions. They weren’t eager to show me all the options and cup holders and stoarage spaces. I had to ask and urge them to give me information which I found annoying. But anyway…
The CR-V was nice, but again, the interior didn’t sell me.
And the Element wasn’t for me at all. I guess I’m not that outdoorsy. (I sometimes think I am, but then I realize I never went to the mountains this winter and haven’t been to the nearby beaches either).
So, the Civic was cool. I feel like you get a good deal for the money. And it’s smooth ride. I don’t like that you can’t get leather seats and there was that digital looking speedometer again. I hate that…hmmmm.
In this face off ~ Civic!
So now, what to do???
